WALES CAPITAL PARTNERS

Founded in 2008, Wales Capital Partners ("WCP") started as a fun passion project for two brothers and their dad. Over time, WCP evolved into a fully fledged private investment company managing the capital of the Blankenship family.

WCP looks to invest in small yet growing private companies in North America, regardless of industry. We focus on the people before we focus on the industry or underlying business. We partner with leaders who run great companies, with the aim of building lifelong relationships based on mutual trust and shared values.

While WCP typically prefers control investments, we are willing to take passive, minority positions when the opportunity arises. WCP can even come in to manage the firm if the owner would like to retire or transition out of the business.

We named Wales Capital Partners in honor of our late grandfather, Dr. Phillip A Wales. A prominent small town Texas doctor, bank executive, and decorated World War II veteran, Dr. Wales strove to serve his patients with dignity and respect, regardless of their ability to pay. He always reminded his grandchildren to "do what's right, even when no one's lookin'." It's a value we carry with us every day.
